At Neyland Yacht Club, we value the views of our members and recognise that feedback, whether positive or raising a concern, helps us maintain and improve the Club. We have introduced a clear set of feedback and complaints procedures to ensure members know how to raise an issue, what they can expect from us, and how their feedback or complaint will be considered. Our aim is to deal with matters fairly, respectfully, consistently and, wherever possible, at the earliest opportunity.
